Dear relatives and supervisors of the people living in the Rotenburger Werke, dear friends and business partners of the facility,
You can find out about the number of cases in the district on the district's website, updated daily.
Here you will find the current regulations of the state of Lower Saxony with pictures and in understandable language.
For residents of our specialist care facility, for those over 80 years of age and the caring staff, they are first and second vaccination already done. The initial vaccinations of all residents who are ready to be vaccinated have been completed.
As a result of serious infection In the last few weeks, we urgently ask family members and supervisors to continue to deal with the situation very responsibly and to thoroughly rethink a visit. Visits can perhaps be postponed to a time when the upcoming vaccinations can guarantee more safety; perhaps a walk in the open air is preferable to a visit to the shared apartment. As a visitor, please take advantage of the free quick tests! Help ensure that no further infections are carried into the facilities of the Rotenburger Werke! Many Thanks!
The visitor rules listed here on the website and the possibility of free quick tests that we offer you at Rotenburger Werke also apply.
Test or proof of vaccination for visitors: Here you will find the regulations of the State of Lower Saxony.
Excerpt: Facilities according to Section 2 (2) NuWG must offer a rapid PoC antigen test if there is a local 7-day incidence of more than 35 new infections per 100,000 inhabitants and other people who want to enter the facility because, they present a negative test result that is not older than 24 hours or proof of a vaccination against the corona virus SARS-CoV-2 that has been completely completed for at least 15 days.
Dear relatives and supervisors of the people living in the Rotenburg works,
As you were able to find out in our last letter, but perhaps also through the information on our website, we had appealed to you to refrain from visiting the Rotenburg works if possible so that the health of the people living here can be protected. We wanted to wait and see together how the number of infections and the federal and state regulations develop. Even if the numbers are unfortunately not reducing as we all would have liked, family get-togethers in small groups should still be possible. We know that there are risks involved. Please consider carefully whether there are alternatives to face-to-face meetings (telephone, video contact) or whether a meeting can be postponed.
You know how happy we are to invite you to the Rotenburger Werke, and we want to maintain this openness even if no official orders prevent us from doing so in the meantime. We also know how much the plant residents look forward to your visit.
Therefore visits should be possible. In order to give you and us the highest possible level of security during visits, we have set up the option of free SARS-CoV-2 rapid tests.
Find out more about this offer for you on our information sheet!
Our test center is open for you from Monday to Thursday from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 12.30 p.m. to 3.30 p.m., Fridays from 8 a.m. to 10.30 a.m. and from 11 a.m. to 1.30 p.m.
The test center is open on Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Wichern-Haus. These times also apply to public holidays.
Appointments cannot be made in advance. If necessary, a short waiting time must be expected. For the tests we need a declaration of consent that you can fill out on site or bring with you, signed. You can find the form here.
This information does not apply to the Falkenburg, Visselhövede and Harsefeld locations. There we test with specialists from the Rotenburg works. Inquire directly at the locations for times and locations. We also need the relevant documents with your signature there.
You can find more detailed information about your visit in the general information sheet for visitors.
You will find a separate leaflet on the quick test here.
In connection with the rapid tests, we need a declaration of consent, which you can find here.
Please also bring the completed visitor form with you to your visit. Many Thanks!
Contacts must continue to be reduced to a minimum.
The distance requirement of 1.5 meters applies.
Church services are recorded (without visitors) and broadcast via channel 11 or Facebook.
Residents in the shared apartments can receive visits to a limited extent. The rules published on the website apply to this. In any case, an appointment must be made with the teams in the shared apartment.
Services such as foot care, occupational therapy and physiotherapy are offered. Most of the services are offered outside of the living quarters in specially designated rooms.
The care for the elderly remains closed.
Further training: important qualification measures such as PD training, PEP or the medication certificate are offered with technical support.
The day-care centers are in operation with appropriate hygiene and protection concepts. There is no mix between employees and users beyond the residential group boundaries. The support rooms and the employees are firmly defined and assigned to a residential group. The cooperation between TFS and Wohnen is based on the jointly developed cohort plans.
WfbM: All employees will remain at the agreed workplaces until further notice. The separation of internal and external employees and the isolated solutions that have been developed will continue to be maintained in order to be able to limit contacts to a minimum in the event of an infection. Starting work is still voluntary and must be coordinated with the legal guardians and the living environment. Further job offers according to the occupational safety standards SARS-CoV-2 with correspondingly smaller group sizes are planned at the Kalandshof. In addition, the number of individual workplaces will be increased further. Before starting work, the safety in the context of the living situation and your own medical assessment must be confirmed. This is followed by a risk assessment and instruction by the social service before starting work. If you have any questions, please contact your local social service.
The cafeterias will remain closed until further notice.
New admissions are possible again under conditions such as a 14-day quarantine. The admission committee will advise on the exact rules.
Counseling offers of the psychological service take place in compliance with the measures of the hygiene concept. There is also the Psychological Service's hotline 2500, which is open to residents and employees.
Please continue to be vigilant and attentive as before. Together we can make it.
Stay safe! Thanks!
