Coaching as an individual response to social developments

In this book, the contributing society is the central reference of current coaching developments and presents coaching practice areas as individual answers to societal challenges. Professional coaching as a format for promoting self-control is thus placed in the context of demands made by society as a whole (increasing demands for flexibility, productivity and performance). A total of over 40 scientific and practical contributions by renowned German and English-speaking authors form the basis of this anthology.
