Can you eat too much broccoli?

Is broccoli addiction unhealthy in the long run?

Nutrition plan

- Monday:

o Breakfast: oatmeal, apple, milk, chia seeds, banana

o Lunch: rolls (cheese, salami, ham, ...), apple

o Dinner: broccoli, croquettes, meat loaf

 

- Tuesday:

o Breakfast: honey, rolls

o Lunch: turkey breast, carrots, noodles

o Dinner: bread, cheese / salami, egg

 

- Wednesday

o Breakfast: oatmeal, apple, milk, chia seeds, banana

o Lunch: fish, rice

o Dinner: bread, cheese, salami, egg

 

- Thursday

o Breakfast: honey, rolls

o Lunch: rolls (cheese, salami, ham, ...), banana

o Dinner: steak, potatoes

 

- Friday:

o Breakfast: honey, rolls

o Lunch: fried egg, potatoes (possibly from Thursday)

o Dinner: pizza

 

- Saturday:

o Breakfast: oatmeal, apple, milk, chia seeds, banana

o Lunch: Spaghetti Bolognese

o Dinner: free choice

 

- Sunday

o Breakfast: oatmeal, apple, milk, chia seeds, banana

o Lunch: Fried rice with tofu and egg

o Dinner: free choice

No quantities because sometimes I'm more or less hungry. I'm 16 and 180cm tall, weigh 70kg
