So-called social bookmarks (e.g. from Facebook, Twitter Xing and Add This) are integrated on our website. Social bookmarks are internet bookmarks that the users of such a service can use to collect links and news reports. These are mainly integrated on our website as a link to the corresponding services. After clicking on the integrated graphic, you will be redirected to the website of the respective provider, i.e. only then will user information be transmitted to the respective provider. With regard to the social plugins (eg “Share” button) of the bookmarking service from AddThis (AddThis LLC, Inc. 8000 Westpark Drive, Suite 625, McLean, VA 2210, USA), the plugins are usually in the form of an AddThis logo, for example marked with a white plus sign on an orange background. When you call up a page on our website that contains such a plugin, your browser establishes a direct connection to the AddThis servers. AddThis transmits the content of the plugin directly to your browser and integrates it into the page. Through the integration, AddThis receives the information that your browser has accessed the corresponding page of our website and saves a cookie on your device to identify your browser. This information (including your IP address) is transmitted directly from your browser to an AddThis server in the USA and stored there. AddThis uses the data to create anonymized user profiles, which serve as the basis for personalized and interest-based advertising for visitors to websites with AddThis plugins.

The purpose and scope of the data collection and the further processing and use of the data by AddThis can be found in the AddThis data protection information:
http://www.addthis.com/privacy/privacy-policy/

If you would like to object to the data collection by AddThis for the future, you can set a so-called opt-out cookie, which you can download from the following link:
http://www.addthis.com/privacy/opt-out/

You can also completely prevent the AddThis plugins from loading with add-ons for your browser, e.g. B. with the script blocker https://noscript.net/.

If you want to recommend an article / product via WhatsApp, only a link is provided with the information about your mobile phone for sending by you.
For information on the handling of your personal data when using the websites of other providers, please refer to the respective data protection provisions of the provider.

Our pages also use buttons from the Tumblr service. The provider is Tumblr, Inc., 35 East 21st St, 10th Floor, New York, NY 10010, USA. These buttons enable you to share a post or a page on Tumblr or to follow the provider on Tumblr. If you call up one of our websites with the Tumblr button, the browser establishes a direct connection with the Tumblr servers. We have no influence on the amount of data that Tumblr collects and transmits with the help of this plugin. According to the current status, the IP address of the user and the URL of the respective website are transmitted. Further information can be found in Tumblr's privacy policy at http://www.tumblr.com/policy/de/privacy

Nestlé will not use your personal information (including your email address) for direct marketing unless you give us your EXPRESS consent. This is called the "OPT-IN" procedure. Nestlé will also not provide your information to any other company that could use your personal information for spam mail. How long does Nestlé keep your personal data?

Your personal data will be stored for as long as this is necessary for the purpose for which we received your personal data or for compliance with legal regulations (e.g. statutory retention requirements). For example, this means that the storage continues until we have answered a question from you, a competition or the contractual relationship with a business partner has ended and the purpose for further storage of contact persons no longer exists, provided that there are no legal archiving obligations. If you have given us your consent to store your personal data for marketing purposes, this means that your data will be stored for the period that Nestlé is marketing or until you withdraw your consent. You can revoke any consent you may have given to receive advertising at any time with effect for the future.

What is Nestlé's position on children who share personal information with us?

We do not store any personal data that children under the age of 16 give us. In order to ensure this, we ask the age in advance of campaigns aimed at children. If the age query reveals that the child is not yet 16 years old, the parents are asked to enter their child's details. In the case of campaigns that are not aimed at children (registration on websites, competitions, newsletter subscriptions, etc.), the minimum age of 16 years or older is a prerequisite for use / participation (if older, this is described in the terms and conditions). We believe it is extremely important to protect children's privacy online and we urge parents and guardians to monitor their children's online activities and, in particular, to ensure that children under the age of 16 do not access their personal information enter.

This web-scraping technology from FusePump integrates a button on our web pages that can be used to display up-to-date product information about Nestlé products from online retailers. These buttons are labeled, for example, “Buy Now” (“BUY NOW Button”). With the web scraping technology from www.fusepump.de, we collect product information for selected Nestlé products, e.g. about availability directly from the websites of online retailers.

If you click on the "BUY NOW button", JavaScript is created via the integrated technology1 executed and a new window, a so-called lightbox2 faded in. At the same time, the current availability of the selected product is called up in the participating online shops by the service provider FusePump. The corresponding “BUY NOW buttons” then appear, naming the online retailers from whom the product is available. By clicking on the corresponding "BUY NOW button", the website of the respective selected online shop is called up. Here you can immediately buy the desired product at the conditions of the respective online shop. The availability is determined from a database by FusePump and is therefore not real-time information. It is updated approximately every hour.

After clicking the "BUY NOW button" on our website, the JavaScript will save cookies locally on your hard drive. The information generated by the cookie about the desired product is transferred to FusePump and stored in order to identify the associated product information and display it to you in the lightbox. The IP address transmitted by your browser when using the "BUY NOW button" is only used to diagnose problems, not to track your online activities.
